If you are facing problem of "No free/busy information to be retrieved".. do the following steps:-
Just go to your outlook folder e.g. at my Computer it is "C:\Documents and Settings\vishal.j\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" and delete the .NX2 file.... It will solve your problem of "No free/busy information to be retrieved".
Problem is because of using LDAP previously and now shifting to MAPI configuration. The addresses which are in the cache of your outlook are not recognised in your MAPI addresses. Removing >NX2 file removes your old cache addresses.
Problem Solved...... :)
